Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern your use of the EventStock mobile app, published by an individual developer. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Access to the service

EventStock is a free app for managing event equipment. Using it requires a compatible Android device, an internet connection for synchronisation, and the creation of an account.

The app is provided as is. The publisher may evolve, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, in particular for maintenance or technical reasons.

Account and organisation

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. Any action taken from your account is deemed to be carried out by you.

EventStock works per organisation: members of the same organisation share the inventory. Roles (administrator, coordinator, technician) determine each member's permissions. The administrator is responsible for managing the members of their organisation.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app in accordance with the law and not to misuse it: no illegal content, no attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data, no interference with the operation of the service.

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that breaches these rules.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you enter (items, loans, events, photos). You are responsible for its content and for your right to use it. The processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The EventStock app, its name, design and code remain the property of their publisher. These terms grant you only a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app.

No warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. You are encouraged to keep your own backups of critical information.

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete my account). The publisher may suspend access in the event of abusive use or use contrary to these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app or to regulations. The date of the last update is shown below. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
