Installation

Installation and setup

Requirements

  • Android 7.0 or higher (SDK 24+)
  • Available storage: 50 MB minimum
  • Internet connection (for synchronization)

    Download the app

    Go to the Download section and click the APK download link.

    Install the app

    Once the APK file is downloaded, install it by tapping it. Allow installation from unknown sources if necessary.

    Create an account

    Launch the app and sign up with your email.

  4. 04

    Set up your organization

    Case 1: create a new organization

    If your organization does not exist yet, create it directly. You automatically become administrator with no extra validation.

    Case 2: join an existing organization

    1. Tap Join an organization
    2. Search for it by typing its exact name (mind upper and lower case)
    3. Submit your request
    4. Let the administrator know and wait for their approval

    First items

    Start adding your items to the catalog. Take photos and categorize them.

Usage scenarios

Plan an event

  1. Create an event record with the details (date, location, team)
  2. Add a checklist of the items you need
  3. The app automatically checks availability
  4. Get an alert if equipment is missing

Prepare the event

  1. Record loans by scanning QR codes (offline mode enabled)
  2. Document the equipment condition with photos if needed
  3. Check that the checklist is complete

After the event

  1. Record the return of all items
  2. Document their condition (good condition, damaged, etc.)

Team

User management

Add members

New members sign up themselves from the app. An administrator receives a notification and approves or declines access.

Once approved, the member can access the organization and use the app according to their role.

Manage permissions

Three roles available:

  • AdministratorFull access
  • CoordinatorRead / Write
  • TechnicianRead / Record loans
