Delete your account
Two ways to delete your EventStock account and the associated data.
From the app (recommended)
Open EventStock → Profile tab → "Delete my account". After confirming your password, your profile and your access are deleted immediately and permanently.
If you have borrowed equipment that has not been returned, or if you are the only administrator of an organisation with other members, the app will ask you to resolve the situation first.
By email
Send your request from the email address associated with your account to: mosifoto@gmail.com, with the subject "EventStock account deletion". Your request will be processed within 30 days.
Data concerned
The following are deleted: your profile (name, email) and your authentication account. If you are the last member of your organisation, it is deactivated along with its entire inventory. Crash reports and anonymised statistics are kept for a maximum of 90 days by Firebase.
