Who we are

EventStock is a mobile app for managing event equipment inventory, published by an individual developer. For any question about your data: mosifoto@gmail.com.

Data we collect

Account: email address and display name, via Firebase Authentication (Google).

Inventory data: items, loans, events and organisations you create, stored in Cloud Firestore (Google).

Photos: item pictures you take or import, stored in Firebase Storage.

Technical data: anonymised usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), including device identifiers.

Purposes

Your data is used exclusively to operate the app: authentication, synchronising your inventory across the members of your organisation, and improving the stability of the app.

No data is ever sold or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

Hosting and security

Data is hosted on the Google Firebase infrastructure (Google Cloud). It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access is restricted to the members of your organisation through strict security rules.

Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile; your organisation's data is deactivated if you are its last member.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. You can delete your account directly in the app (Profile → Delete my account) or request deletion by email.
